Working with Implant Prospect

About us →

Why do most dental marketing agencies fail at implants specifically?

Because they apply general-dentistry playbooks to a $25,000+ purchase decision. Implant buyers research for months, compare 6–12 practices, and need financing-forward messaging. Agencies that don't separate single-tooth from full-arch funnels, don't enforce 60-second speed-to-lead, and don't track seated cases will under-deliver by 50–70% versus an implant-specialist agency.

Why does my agency only report impressions and clicks?

Because those metrics let them claim success without being accountable for revenue. Impressions and clicks have near-zero correlation with implant case volume. Demand reporting on cost per booked consultation, cost per signed case, and blended ROAS computed against fully loaded cost. Any agency unwilling to report those numbers monthly is signaling they cannot or will not be accountable for the only metrics that matter to your practice.

Will direct-to-patient marketing damage our GP referral relationships?

Not when positioned correctly. Lead consumer marketing with surgical specialty and complex-case experience rather than discount offers or family-dentistry messaging, and most referring GPs welcome the visibility. A brief conversation or letter to top referrers explaining the consumer focus on full-arch and surgical cases prevents almost all friction. Practices that handle this well grow both channels simultaneously.

Pricing and budgets

What's included →

What's a typical cost-per-click on dental implant keywords?

In mid-sized U.S. markets, exact-match commercial implant keywords cost $18–$55 per click, with All-on-4 and full-arch terms at the high end. Major metros run $40–$95. Accounts with Quality Score 8+ typically pay 30–45% less per click than the auction-insights average, so structural improvements often matter more than budget.

How much should I budget for dental implant PPC?

A practice targeting 10–15 monthly implant cases should budget $7,000–$15,000 monthly in paid search alone. Full-arch–focused practices typically spend $12,000–$25,000 monthly to seat 6–12 arches. Below $4,000 monthly, single-keyword ad groups don't accumulate enough data for Smart Bidding to optimize effectively, so consider a leaner channel mix at lower budgets.

What's a healthy ROI on dental implant PPC spend?

A well-tuned implant PPC account produces 5–10x return on ad spend on a fully attributed basis — meaning $1 of PPC produces $5–$10 of seated implant revenue. Full-arch–focused accounts often hit 8–15x because case values are higher. Sustained ROI below 3x for two consecutive months signals account-structure issues that warrant a full audit and rebuild.

What is a reasonable cost per implant lead?

Healthy implant cost per lead ranges from $50 to $120 depending on market competitiveness and ad platform. Meta typically delivers $40 to $90, Google Search delivers $80 to $180, and the blended cost lands near $75. Anything under $40 usually signals poor qualification, and anything over $150 usually signals broken creative or wrong audience targeting that needs immediate optimization.

What is a realistic cost per lead for dental implant Facebook ads?

In most US markets, a properly built Meta account produces qualified implant leads at $35 to $55 each. Markets with heavy competition like South Florida, Phoenix, and Dallas run $55 to $85. Rural markets occasionally run below $30. The blended cost per signed case is the more meaningful number — that figure typically lands between $420 and $620 across well-run accounts.

How much should we budget for a new Facebook implant campaign?

Start at $3,000 to $4,000 per month for the first 90 days to give the algorithm enough conversion volume to optimize properly. Below $2,500 per month the account never accumulates enough learning to perform reliably. Above $4,000 the optimization benefits start kicking in. Scale to $6,000 to $10,000 monthly once the account is producing 8 to 12 signed cases per month consistently.

How much does an implant AI call center cost monthly?

Most implant practices spend $1,200 to $3,500 per month covering 24/7 inbound answering, outbound speed-to-lead, and consult booking. Pricing scales with call volume. Compared to a single human intake coordinator at $50K-plus annually with limited coverage hours, the cost-per-booked-consult typically runs 70 to 85 percent lower for the AI.

What's the right way to track marketing ROI on implant cases?

Track cost per seated case, not cost per lead. Every ad click needs UTM tags, every lead needs a source field in the practice management system, and every seated case must reconcile back to its original touchpoint. Tools like CallRail, HighLevel, and Looker Studio dashboards make this auditable and produce trustworthy ROI numbers.

What's the minimum marketing budget required to grow an implant practice?

Practices in mid-size markets typically need $8,000 to $15,000 per month in combined ad spend and agency fees to produce consistent growth. Smaller budgets can produce results but with longer time horizons. The bigger leverage is rarely budget size — it is the conversion infrastructure that determines what each marketing dollar returns. A $5,000 budget on a well-converted funnel beats $25,000 on a leaky one.

What's the average cost to acquire a full-arch dental implant case?

A well-run full-arch marketing system produces seated cases at $1,600–$3,200 in marketing cost each. With average case values of $32,000–$48,000, that delivers a 10–20x return on marketing spend. Practices paying more than $4,500 per seated case typically have either lead-quality problems, TC closing issues, or financing-flow leaks that should be diagnosed before scaling spend.

How long until new implant marketing produces measurable ROI?

Meta and Google campaigns typically produce measurable ROI within 30 to 60 days. SEO and content marketing take 90 to 180 days to show meaningful return. Email and SMS nurture sequences start producing within 14 days. Build a 90-day measurement window before making major budget decisions so the slower-converting channels have time to demonstrate their actual contribution.

How long before a dental implant marketing system starts producing booked consults?

Paid Search and Meta campaigns typically begin producing booked implant consults within 7–14 days of launch. SEO-driven map pack and organic traffic gains usually take 60–120 days to materialize. A fully integrated system reaches steady-state performance — predictable cost per seated case — between days 90 and 120 after initial deployment.

Local SEO and the map pack

Local SEO & Map Pack →

How important is the Google map pack for implant practices?

Critical. Roughly 86% of patients who book an implant consultation look at the Google 3-pack at some point during their research. Ranking in the top three for 'dental implants [city]' and 8–12 related modifiers generates 35–55 organic implant inquiries per month at near-zero marginal cost — a moat that compounds every month.

How long does dental implant SEO take to produce booked consultations?

Local map-pack rankings typically improve within 60–120 days of focused GBP optimization. Traditional organic rankings on commercial implant terms take 6–12 months in mid-sized markets and 9–18 months in major metros. A fully built program produces 35–55 monthly organic implant inquiries by month 9–12, compounding at near-zero marginal cost from there.

Is local SEO or traditional SEO more important for dental implants?

Both, in that order. Local SEO and the map pack drive roughly 60–70% of organic implant inquiries because 86% of buyers check the 3-pack during research. Traditional organic rankings on commercial keywords drive the remaining 30–40%. A complete program invests in both, with map-pack optimization producing faster wins and traditional SEO compounding over years.

How many Google reviews do we need to rank in the map pack?

Volume matters less than velocity and rating. Practices generating 10 to 15 new reviews per month with a 4.7+ average outrank competitors with 300 historical reviews and no recent activity. Focus on operationalizing the review request workflow into your treatment-completion process rather than chasing a specific cumulative number. Sustainable monthly velocity is the actual ranking signal.

Can a multi-location practice rank in the map pack for every city?

Yes, with discipline. Each location needs its own Google Business Profile with unique reviews, photos, posts, and local backlinks, plus a dedicated location page on the website with 1,200–2,000 words of unique content. Practices that systematize this typically rank in the top 3 of the map pack in 60–80% of their service-area cities inside 9–15 months.

Do city-specific landing pages actually work or do they get penalized?

They work when built with genuinely localized content of 1,500 to 2,200 words covering local landmarks, patient stories, and community involvement specific to that city. Template-farmed pages that swap city names in a generic shell get ignored by Google's algorithm and waste developer time. The investment per page is roughly $400 to $700 and the ROI shows up within 90 days as organic rankings emerge.

Should we focus on local SEO or paid ads for dental implants?

Both, but in sequence. Paid ads produce immediate consultation flow while local SEO is being built. Local SEO produces sustained free consultation flow once it ranks, which lets you reallocate paid budget to growth markets. The right long-term mix is roughly 60% paid and 40% organic for established practices, with newer practices weighted more heavily toward paid until the SEO investment matures.

How do I track which seated implant cases came from SEO?

Use UTM-tagged conversion paths or 'How did you hear about us?' intake questions cross-referenced with the patient's first-touch source in CallRail or HighLevel. Properly attributed organic traffic typically represents 25–45% of seated implant cases in mature programs. Without this attribution, SEO budget decisions get made on traffic volume rather than seated-case revenue.

Meta Ads

Meta Ads →

Is Meta or Google a better channel for full-arch leads?

Both, in sequence. Meta long-form video is the most cost-effective top-of-funnel channel for full-arch buyers, who aren't actively searching yet. Google Search captures the bottom-of-funnel buyers who already know they want the procedure. A blended approach with 55–65% on Meta and 35–45% on Google typically produces the lowest cost per seated case across most markets.

Should we use Facebook lead forms or send leads to a landing page?

Send leads to a landing page. Facebook lead forms produce 3x more form fills but the quality is dramatically lower because the patient never leaves the platform and is rarely committed. Landing pages produce fewer leads but those leads convert at 4x the rate. The math works out to higher total signed cases through landing pages, especially when paired with financing widgets and pre-qualification flows.

How often should we refresh creative on a Facebook implant account?

Test four new creative variants every Monday, kill the bottom two every Friday, and scale the top performer's spend by 20% the following week. This weekly cadence prevents creative fatigue, which otherwise lifts CPLs by roughly 8% per month and renders accounts uneconomical within six months. The cost of producing fresh creative is materially lower than the cost of letting CPLs drift unchecked.

What is the single biggest mistake practices make with Facebook ads?

Falling in love with a single hero ad and refusing to test new creative. Every implant Facebook account decays without weekly creative refresh because audiences saturate and frequency climbs. The practices producing stable CPLs for 18+ months are running disciplined weekly creative testing rotations. The practices that stop testing see CPLs climb 8% per month until the account becomes uneconomical.

How long should retargeting windows last for implant patients?

Single-tooth implant retargeting windows should run 90 days. Full-arch and All-on-4 retargeting should extend to 180 days minimum, with CRM-based remarketing continuing for 12 to 18 months. The longer decision cycle for full-arch cases means cutting retargeting at 90 days abandons prospects who would have converted in months 4 through 12 — an expensive mistake that practices repeatedly make.

AI call center

AI Call Center →

Can AI voice agents really book implant consultations without humans?

Yes, for the first interaction. A well-trained AI voice agent handles roughly 40% of inbound calls to booking without human escalation, focusing on qualification and calendar capture. The remaining 60% benefit from human handoff for nuanced questions about clinical procedure, financing alternatives, or insurance. The AI is best deployed as a front-end filter that frees the TC to focus on the closer-quality conversations.

What happens if the AI gets a question it cannot answer?

It seamlessly transfers to a human team member with the full conversation context attached. Well-designed scripts include explicit handoff triggers for clinical questions, complaint situations, and any patient request for human assistance. The handoff rate typically settles at 8 to 15 percent of conversations after the first 60 days of script optimization.

Will an AI call center work for full-arch consultations?

Yes — and full-arch is actually the highest-ROI application. The AI handles the qualification, intake, and booking steps efficiently while preserving the high-value human consultation for the doctor and TC. Most practices see booked full-arch consult volume rise 20 to 35 percent within 90 days of deployment, with no degradation in consult quality.

How does this integrate with our existing front desk team?

The AI handles inbound first-touch and after-hours coverage. Your front desk team handles existing patient management, in-office interactions, complex clinical scheduling, and any conversation that benefits from human relationship. Most practices retain their front desk headcount and redeploy them toward higher-value activities rather than replacing staff.

Will AI voice agents hurt patient experience or trust?

Properly disclosed AI agents actually improve patient experience in initial-contact scenarios because they respond instantly and never miss a call. Trust holds when the agent is honest about being AI, handles only what it does well, and escalates to a human TC for anything emotional, clinical, or financially complex. Hidden or overreaching AI agents do damage trust and should be avoided.

CRM, nurture and reactivation

CRM & Nurture →

How many dormant consultations does a typical implant practice have in its CRM?

An established implant practice that has been operating for 5+ years typically has 400 to 2,000 unconverted consultations in its CRM. Even after filtering for high-probability reactivation candidates — recency, treatment plan value, engagement, original objection, and geography — most practices end up with 150 to 700 patients in their active reactivation target pool, representing substantial recoverable revenue.

What conversion rate should we expect on a reactivation campaign?

Across more than 80 implant practices running structured reactivation campaigns, the average same-quarter conversion rate is 6.8%. The range is 3% on the low end for poorly executed campaigns and 14% on the high end for tightly targeted campaigns with strong offers. A practice with 300 patients in its reactivation target pool should expect 18 to 30 booked consultations and 12 to 22 signed cases per quarterly cycle.

How often should we run reactivation campaigns?

Quarterly. Monthly campaigns produce list fatigue and dilute response. Annual campaigns miss too much of the changing-circumstance opportunity. Quarterly cycles align with most practices' planning rhythms, allow for proper iteration between campaigns, and produce consistent revenue. Each cycle takes 30 to 45 days from launch to wrap-up, with the recovered consultations booking and closing over the subsequent 60 days.

How important is the pre-consultation nurture sequence?

Critical. The 21-day pre-consultation sequence lifts show rate from 62% to 81% and increases same-day close rate by 2.1x because the patient arrives pre-sold rather than first-contact. The sequence requires roughly six hours of one-time setup in HighLevel or any modern CRM, uses reusable video and PDF assets, and produces measurable revenue lift inside 30 days. Skipping it costs a typical practice $14,000 to $22,000 per month in lost case value.

What's the typical lift from implementing a structured nurture sequence?

Practices implementing structured nurture for the first time typically see consultation volume rise 40 to 80 percent within the first 90 days at the same lead volume. The lift comes from recovering leads that previously went silent after two or three contact attempts. After the first year, nurture continues producing 25 to 45 percent of total consultations from leads that would otherwise have been classified as dead.

Will frequent SMS and email feel like spam?

Not when the cadence and content are calibrated correctly. Our standard sequence sends 4 SMS and 3 emails in the first 14 days, then drops to weekly touches, then monthly after day 90. Each message delivers value — patient stories, financing options, procedure information — rather than repeated booking asks. Unsubscribe and opt-out rates typically run under 4 percent, which is well within healthy ranges for healthcare nurture.

Websites and landing pages

Websites & Landing Pages →

Do I need separate landing pages for single-tooth implants and full-arch?

Yes. The two buyer profiles have different price points ($4,000 vs $42,000), different decision timelines (weeks vs months), and different emotional drivers. Sending both audiences to the same landing page tanks conversion rates for both. Practices that split funnels typically see lead quality improve by 30–50% and full-arch consult volume climb 40–70% within one quarter.

How do I know if my full-arch landing page is actually converting?

Healthy full-arch landing pages convert paid traffic at 4–8% form submission and 2.5–4% qualified booked consult. If you're under 2%, the page likely has friction in the form, weak above-the-fold copy, missing financing language, or trust signals buried below the fold. Heat-mapping with Hotjar and weekly A/B tests usually surface the issue inside two weeks.

What's the most important conversion lever for All-on-4 landing pages?

The combination of all-inclusive price anchor, soft-pull financing pre-qualification, and primary CTA above the fold. Pages that surface a single all-inclusive price ('Complete arch: $24,900, financing from $389/month') consistently outperform à la carte pricing pages by 35–55% on same-day acceptance after the consult.

What conversion rate should a dental implant landing page produce?

A well-built page driving paid traffic should convert visitors to leads at 22% to 35%, climbing to 38%+ with a soft-pull pre-qualification widget integrated above the fold. Generic dental homepages convert paid implant traffic at 5% to 9%, which is why building dedicated landing pages produces a 2.4x to 4x conversion lift over the default homepage destination strategy.

How many landing pages do we need for our implant marketing?

At minimum, one per major campaign theme: one for general dental implants, one for all-on-4 or full-arch, one for same-day implants, and one for any city-specific paid campaign. Most established implant practices end up with 8 to 14 distinct landing pages serving different ad campaigns and keyword themes. Each page should match its inbound traffic source as tightly as possible.

WordPress, Webflow, or custom React for an implant site?

Webflow and Next.js both ship faster pages out of the box than typical WordPress builds because they avoid the plugin tax. WordPress can still hit performance targets if the theme is custom and plugins are limited to under six. We default to Next.js for high-spend accounts because the performance ceiling is higher, but Webflow is a strong choice for sub-$8K monthly media budgets where in-house edits matter.

Implant Prospect vs Wonderist Agency

Side-by-side comparison →

What is the main difference between Implant Prospect and Wonderist Agency?

Implant Prospect focuses exclusively on dental implant patient acquisition — SEO, Google Ads, Map Pack, video, and case acceptance coaching — all built around the implant patient journey. Wonderist Agency is a full-service dental marketing agency that covers branding, website design, social media management, and general dental marketing across all service lines.

Does Wonderist Agency do dental implant marketing?

Wonderist Agency offers implant marketing as one service line within their broader full-service model. Implant Prospect treats implant patient acquisition as its sole focus — every service, keyword architecture, and coaching module is built specifically around the implant patient decision journey.

Can Implant Prospect build my dental website?

Not a full brand website. Implant Prospect builds dedicated implant and full-arch landing pages and, where a practice needs it, an implant-focused site around them — but we do not offer brand design, practice naming or general dental websites. Practices that need a complete brand and website rebuild are better served by a design-led agency such as Wonderist; practices that have those in place and want implant consultations are who we work with.

How does Implant Prospect measure results compared to Wonderist Agency?

Implant Prospect measures every campaign against two outcomes: implant consultations booked and cases closed. Wonderist Agency measures success through overall practice growth — new patient volume, website traffic, and brand consistency across all service lines.

Which agency is better for an implant-focused dental practice?

If implants are your primary revenue driver and you want a specialist who measures itself entirely by implant case outcomes, Implant Prospect is the more targeted fit. If you need a full-service agency to build your brand, website, social media, and market across all service lines, Wonderist Agency is a capable choice.

Implant Prospect vs Driven Dental Marketing

Side-by-side comparison →

What is the difference between Implant Prospect and Driven Dental Marketing?

Both agencies specialize in dental implant patient acquisition, but Driven Dental Marketing focuses primarily on PPC campaigns. Implant Prospect runs the full acquisition funnel — Google Ads alongside multi-domain implant SEO, Google Map Pack rankings, implant-focused videography, and case acceptance coaching — so your pipeline is not entirely dependent on paid ad spend.

Does Driven Dental Marketing offer dental implant SEO?

Driven Dental Marketing does not advertise implant SEO or Map Pack optimization as core services. Their positioning centers on authority-driven PPC campaigns. Implant Prospect offers multi-domain implant SEO as a core service alongside paid acquisition, creating organic search assets that compound in value over time.

What happens to my implant leads if I pause my ad spend?

With a PPC-only model, pausing ad spend stops your lead flow immediately — there are no organic assets to carry the pipeline. Implant Prospect builds multi-domain SEO and Map Pack rankings alongside paid ads, so your practice continues to generate organic implant inquiries even when ad spend fluctuates.

Does Implant Prospect offer case acceptance training?

Yes. Implant Prospect includes case acceptance coaching specifically designed for the implant patient objection stack — covering cost, fear, financing, and long-term value justification. This coaching is built for treatment coordinators and doctors and is not available through a PPC-focused agency model.

Which agency is right for my implant practice — Implant Prospect or Driven Dental Marketing?

If you already have strong organic SEO and Map Pack visibility and need a PPC specialist, Driven Dental Marketing focuses on exactly that. If you want a full-funnel partner that builds durable organic traffic alongside paid campaigns — with video content and case acceptance coaching included — Implant Prospect is the more complete solution.

Implant Prospect vs Gilleard Dental Marketing

Side-by-side comparison →

What is the difference between Implant Prospect and Gilleard Dental Marketing?

Gilleard Dental Marketing is a full-service agency serving multiple dental specialties with digital marketing, website design, and their signature custom print magazines. Implant Prospect is a digital-only, implant-focused agency — 100% of our services are built around implant patient acquisition and every dollar is tracked back to consultations booked and cases closed.

Does Gilleard Dental Marketing specialize in dental implants?

Gilleard serves implant practices alongside general dentistry, cosmetics, orthodontics, and other specialties. Implant Prospect works exclusively with practices where dental implants are the primary revenue driver — every service, keyword architecture, and coaching module is purpose-built for the implant patient journey.

Does Implant Prospect offer print marketing like Gilleard's custom magazines?

No. Implant Prospect is a digital-first agency and does not produce print materials. Every service we offer is digital, measurable, and built specifically around the journey of an implant patient searching online for dental implants.

How does Implant Prospect track ROI compared to Gilleard Dental Marketing?

Implant Prospect's digital-first model is built for precise attribution — every campaign generates measurable signals: organic sessions, ad clicks, Map Pack calls, consultation bookings, and cases closed. Print marketing ROI is inherently harder to attribute to specific implant cases, whereas digital campaigns produce clear cost-per-consultation data.

Which agency should I choose for my implant practice?

If your practice spans multiple specialties, values print marketing alongside digital, and wants a long-established agency with 20+ years of experience, Gilleard Dental Marketing is worth considering. If dental implants are your primary revenue focus and you want every marketing dollar tracked to a case outcome, Implant Prospect is the more targeted fit.

Implant Prospect vs Progressive Dental Marketing

Side-by-side comparison →

What is the difference between Implant Prospect and Progressive Dental Marketing?

Progressive Dental Marketing is a full-service dental marketing agency serving general and specialty practices across website design, SEO, paid media, and social media. Implant Prospect works exclusively with implant-focused practices — every service is built around implant patient acquisition and every result is measured back to consultations booked and cases closed.

Does Progressive Dental Marketing specialize in dental implants?

Progressive Dental Marketing serves the full breadth of dental specialties, with implants as one service line among many. Implant Prospect's entire system — multi-domain SEO, Google Ads, Map Pack engineering, video, and case acceptance coaching — is purpose-built for the implant patient decision journey.

How does Implant Prospect's implant-only focus benefit my practice?

Specialization creates depth. Every keyword architecture, landing page, ad campaign, and coaching module Implant Prospect has built is specifically designed for high-value implant patient acquisition. A generalist agency divides its attention across all dental service lines; Implant Prospect puts all of its expertise behind the one outcome that matters most to implant practices: more cases closed.

Does Implant Prospect offer case acceptance coaching?

Yes. Implant Prospect includes case acceptance coaching for treatment coordinators and doctors, covering the specific objection patterns implant patients raise — cost, fear, financing, and long-term value. This coaching is designed exclusively for high-value implant conversations and is not typically offered by generalist dental marketing agencies.

Which agency is the better fit for an implant-focused dental practice?

If your practice needs a full-service marketing partner across all dental service lines — website, social media, general SEO, and paid media — Progressive Dental Marketing may be a fit. If dental implants are your primary growth focus and you want a specialist agency that measures every dollar against implant case outcomes, Implant Prospect is the more targeted choice.

Implant Prospect vs The Implant Engine

Side-by-side comparison →

What is the main difference between Implant Prospect and The Implant Engine?

Both sell consultations rather than leads, but through different systems. The Implant Engine is built for full-arch and All-on-X practices only and runs an all-paid model (Meta, Google and YouTube) with a human call center that screens leads for income and credit and takes a $50 deposit before booking. Implant Prospect works with implant and full-arch practices on local SEO and the Google Map Pack as well as paid media, answers every lead within a minute through an AI call center that runs 24/7, tracks every lead to collected revenue in ZenData CRM, and publishes its pricing.

Does The Implant Engine publish its pricing?

Not on its public site at the time of our review (October 2026) — practices are asked to schedule a demo to get pricing. Implant Prospect publishes three offerings on its pricing page: the Growth Partner system (pricing agreed on the call, one practice per market), a Traditional Agency engagement at 20% of ad spend per month, and SEO at a fixed monthly fee.

Is a human call center better than an AI call center for implant leads?

They optimise for different things. The Implant Engine's call center is staffed by former dental professionals from 8 AM to 8 PM seven days a week and filters leads with income and credit screening and a deposit, which favours show rate over volume. Implant Prospect's AI call center answers every call and web lead within about a minute at any hour, qualifies the patient against the practice's own criteria, books straight into the calendar and hands anything unusual to the front desk with a summary. If you want a person screening every lead, choose the former; if you want no lead ever to wait, choose the latter.

Does Implant Prospect offer treatment-coordinator training like The Implant Engine?

Yes, in a lighter form. Growth Partner engagements include phone intake and consultation training for the team plus a weekly call-coaching session where treatment-coordinator calls are reviewed. The Implant Engine positions treatment-coordinator training as one of its core systems with a stated close-rate target; a practice whose main problem is case acceptance in the consultation room should weigh that difference heavily.

Which practices should choose The Implant Engine over Implant Prospect?

Practices that do full arch and only full arch, want every lead financially screened by a person before it reaches the schedule, want a deposit collected before each consultation, and value Spanish-language campaigns and in-depth sales training from the same vendor. Practices that also place single implants, want organic and map-pack consultations alongside paid ones, and want to know the pricing model before the first call are a better fit for Implant Prospect.

Other questions

How does the implant marketing ROI calculator work?

It runs five numbers through the same funnel every implant practice has. Monthly ad budget divided by cost per lead gives leads; leads times the lead-to-consult rate gives booked consultations; consultations times the close rate gives accepted cases; cases times average case value gives revenue; and revenue divided by budget is the return on ad spend. The defaults are the full-arch paid-search benchmarks from our pricing guide, and every field can be changed to match your own practice.

What is a good return on ad spend for dental implant marketing?

A trailing-twelve-month ROAS of 6x to 12x on implant-specific spend is the range we publish as healthy — every dollar of marketing returning six to twelve dollars of implant revenue within a year. Below 4x usually points to a funnel problem (slow follow-up, low show rate or a weak consultation) rather than an ad problem; above 15x usually means the budget is too small for the market and you are leaving cases on the table.

Does the calculator include agency fees and SEO?

Not by default. The budget field is media spend only, because that is the part that scales linearly into leads. To see fully loaded ROAS, enter the monthly agency fee in the optional field under Assumptions — it is added to total cost without generating extra leads, so the return falls accordingly. Organic and Map Pack consultations are not modelled either; once they mature they arrive at a far lower cost per lead ($30–$100 versus $150–$400 on paid search), which is why the real blended return after month six is usually higher than the paid-only figure the calculator shows.
