What we collect

When you fill in the “Let's Talk” form or the contact form, we ask for your name, your practice name, your phone number, your email address and, optionally, your practice website. We use these details for one purpose: to get back to you about dental implant marketing for your practice. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

When you book a call, the booking runs through Calendly. Calendly collects the name, email address and time slot you enter and stores them under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details so we can show up prepared.

Analytics and advertising tags

Like most business websites, this site loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Microsoft Advertising tracking after the page has finished loading. These tools set cookies and record which pages you visit, roughly where you are visiting from and which ad or search result brought you here. We use that information to understand which pages are useful and to measure our own advertising.

The site also loads ActiveCampaign site tracking, which lets us connect a form submission to the pages that person viewed before and after sending it. None of these tools receive the contents of your form submission beyond what you type into the fields.

You can block all of these tags with a content blocker, by declining cookies in your browser settings, or through the opt-out tools each provider publishes. The site works normally with them blocked.

Embedded content

Video testimonials are embedded from YouTube and only load after you press play. Podcast episodes are embedded from Spotify. Once an embed loads, YouTube or Spotify may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own policies. Until you interact with an embed, nothing is requested from those services.

How we use your information

We use contact details to reply to your inquiry, to prepare for a strategy call and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you hired us for. If you ask us not to contact you again, we stop. We keep form submissions and email conversations for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal obligations, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by an email delivery service and stored in our customer relationship management system so the right person can follow up. Access is limited to the people on our team who need it to do their job.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honour those requests in the same way.

This website is intended for dental practice owners and their teams. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions about anything on this page can be sent to the email address below.
